High Cotton Consignment
Consignor/Seller Information
Become a part of the High Cotton Consignment and bring all of your quality gently used children’s items to our consignment showroom! All regular consignors will earn 50% of their total sales less an $1.00 payout fee that will be deducted at each payout request. Self-tagging clients will earn 60% of their total sales minus the $1.00 payout fee.

Consignor Special Incentives
Referral Incentive
- Refer a friend to sign up as a consignor, and we will credit your account $10.00. Your friend must be a new consignor to our show (never consigned with us) and show up with their items at check-in with at least 15 items. All referrals must list the referring consignors name on their initial check-in contract in order for the referrer to receive credit.
Check-in
- Please email us at [email protected] to register to consign. Please include your name, full address, phone number and contact email. We will then email you a link to schedule a check-in time to drop-off your items.
- Bring your items, sorted by size and gender, to our consignment show room during your designated appointment time.
- Complete Information Sheet and Consignor Agreement. Items will be inspected within two business days and any items that will are not able to accept will need to be picked up within 48 hours or will be forfeited for donation.
Preview Party
All Consignors who consign a minimum of 15 clothing items are invited to attend our seasonal consignor preview party.
You will receive two party tickets via email, so plan to bring a friend or grandparent to shop with you!
There will be no preview party for the Holiday Sale.
Pick up unsold items
- Unless you have agreed to donate your unsold items, all consignors are responsible for picking up their items at the end their 120 -day consignment period. All unsold items not picked up will become property of the store.
- If you would like to donate your unsold items, we distribute them to various local charities depending on the needs at time of donation.
Receiving Payment
Track your sales online! Once you are registered as a consignor, you will be able to create an online account to view your daily sales. Payments will be processed at your convenience via email request to [email protected].
Current payment options are Venmo or Paypal.
